I come with 17+ years of international biotech, medtech and life science industry experience enabling stakeholders to assess market opportunities based on robust and in-depth analysis of target market and competitive environment. I have had multiple years of experience in strategic management consulting wherein I have evaluated several early stage assets for the global pharma/biotech and medtech industry. At Oivi, I lead commercial strategy where I contribute to aspects of business development, business design and product commercialization. I am directly responsible for leading the business development team to drive market penetration and commercial adoption. A key aspect of my role at Oivi is to support identification and evaluation of organic and inorganic business opportunities that could impact growth and profitability. In addition to spearheading go-to-market strategies, I work alongside the leadership team to develop people and drive performance. I also serve as a partner at Ventac Partners, a management consulting firm where I head market intelligence and advise early stage biotech and pharma companies on market evaluations and commercialization strategy. Prior to joining Oivi, Ventac Partners, I conceptualized and established the successful start-up StrataPRO – a global healthcare consulting company, with expertise in the areas of Commercial Analytics, Market Intelligence and Market Research Consulting. I hold a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing from Ohio University, USA. In addition, she holds a M.S. degree in Biomedical Sciences from Kingston University, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from India.
