Avoid contact with someone who is displaying symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) such as fever, cough, shortness of breath
Avoid going out unless to the market to get groceries or pharmacy to get medication
Avoid large gatherings or public places such ascinemas, restaurantsor shopping malls
Avoid unnecessary gatherings with friends and family.
Keep in touch using remote technology such as the phone orsocial media
Use telephone or online services to contact your doctor or other essential services
Try to work as much as possible from home
You are strongly advisedto limit your face-to-face interaction other people, particularly if you:
are pregnant
are elderly (especially over the age of 70)
have an underlying health condition (such as hypertension, diabetes, heart or lung condition)
